1962 1st UK Columbia Mono Les Double Six featuring Mimi Perrin in their Jazz Vocalese technique of singing famous horn solos with words they wrote themselves to match the tunes. Loads of great modern stuff including Coltrane's Naima, sung mainly by Mimi. Art Blakey, Bird, Dizzy and Miles tunes also on this, much to my delight. Top notch backing from the cream of the Paris Jazz scene of the time: George Arvanitas or Rene Urtreger Piano, Pierre Michelot Bass and Daniel Humair or Christian Garros drums, plus congas, guitar  and vibes in places. Near Mint record in a VG++ sleeve.
