Description

1962 US Fantasy 2068 Blue Vinyl of Paul Desmond with Dave Brubeck on Two Knights at the Blackhawk. You see the red one more often, but this Blue Stereo is more rare. No other near mint examples out there at time of listing, just VG's, some at outrageous prices. I'm not a big fan of Brubeck myself but who could fail to love the tone and phrasing of the magnificent Paul Desmond, here at the height of his improvising powers. No pen, no seam splits, no excessive dirt, not warped, no scratches, this is a near mint record in an excellent sleeve, with the original inner which does have worn seams.  This has been cleaned on a wash and vac machine, using art du son fluid, has a new antistatic inner added and all resides, separated to prevent splits, in a heavy gauge new poly outer awaiting our careful packing in custom made hard card boxes.
