1962 US UAJ original mono 15002 Art Blakey Three Blind Mice. Rare 1st Press (P-Ear) in overall Excellent condition, plays lovely. Superb Wally Heider engineered sound to this 57 year old hard bop rarity. Killer band with an all star line up including Wayne Shorter, Freddie Hubbard, Curtis Fuller and Cedar Walton, you have to say this is the next great Messengers line up after the Morgan band. 1st Pressing thick(P-Ear)Plastylite vinyl, about 180 Grams from that legendary NJ pressing house. This is on United Artists Records, UAJ 15002, monophonic. 1st Grey Saxophone Labels. Original Issue With 1A/1A stampers. Pressed On The (P-Ear) In the dead Wax, Wrongly Called Ear (P-Stand From Plastylite Pressing Company) One of the great houses in vintage Sound Engineering where all the big dollar blue notes come from, and incidentally, the Blue note of this is the reissue!. Excellent record in an excellent sleeve, plays excellent. This has been cleaned on a wash and vac machine, using art du son fluid, has a new antistatic inner added and all resides, separated to prevent splits, in a heavy gauge new poly outer awaiting our careful packing in custom made hard card boxes.
