Description
This is our first sale from a top of the market collection, comprising of just early stereo rarities on Decca HMV, UK Columbia & RCA. First labels issues in Near Mint condition to 99% of them, all described in detail with plenty of pictures. Includes many items rarely seen on ebay.
1st issue 1963 UK HMV stereo White Gold labels SAN 103/4/5/6 Mozart Cosi Fan Tutte ED1 4LP set with booklet. Soloists are Schwarzkopf, Ludwig, Kraus Taddei & Berry (with Bohm & the Philharmonia). Gold labels and a white nipper & angel. 1st type cloth box, which also has gilt lettering, and the pasted on portrait lid. A lovely rare set, a good week for Opera items from us.
Near Mint Lp's, with clean labels with no spindle marks, Near Mint box, looks not to have been played much. Includes the original booklet.
Includes all 4 company picture inners.
