Description

This is from a top of the market collection, comprising of just early stereo rarities on Decca HMV, UK Columbia & RCA. First labels issues in Near Mint condition to 99% of them, all described in detail with plenty of pictures. Includes many items rarely seen on ebay.

 1963 Uk Decca Original issue SXL 6077 Wide Band Grooved ED1 true 1st type issue of Birgit Nilsson Sings German Opera, a recording made in the concert hall for this lp with Edward Downes & the ROHO Covent Garden. great soprano moments from Beethoven, Wagner & Weber. Includes the lyric insert.

 Labels are Original Recording by.. at ten o clock, with the wide silver band and ffss circle at 12 O' clock, and are deep grooved. Stampers are nice low 1E3E. The original ffss inner is present and also near mint.

 This is Near mint with good sheen, has clean labels with very few spindle marks, and the sleeve is Near Mint, as seen in pics, no issues.
