Rare Beatles 45 Please Please Me / Ask Me Why - VJ 498
This is an original 45 from 1963. The Beatles is spelled correctly on the label. It is marked 63-2967 on the label and is also etched in the vinyl along with 46527 on the Please Please Me side and 63-2968 on both the label and etched in the vinyl along with 46527-x on the reverse side.
The condition of the 45 is decent. There are some tears in the label that you can see in the pictures. It also has visible surface scratches. The Please Please Me side shows more wear than the other side. I am not able to play it as I've not had a turntable in many years but I assume it would play alright - there are no warps and the scratches don't appear to be deep and aren't too large. It is in a plain white sleeve. This is my own personal 45 that I've had since I was a child & I definitely played and enjoyed it.
