Description
On the eBay block here, Dick Dale and His Del-Tones first LP, Surfer’s Choice, on Deltone Records, T-1886.
Condition: Under magnification, both sides appear flawless; no scratches, scuffs or any other blemish to be found. The white labels are likewise clean with no mark or blemish and just a very few spindle marks that can be seen only under raking light. Jacket is in excellent condition with no marks, seam splits or other damage. Original insert sleeve included.
NOTE: I am not a collector, and so will not presume to grade records. My only credentials in this regard is a 25-year history as a radio disk jockey back in the days when disk jockey’s actually played disks. Records listed by eroom3 are cleaned and then visually inspected under magnification before a condition opinion is provided. Keep in mind that an inspection under magnification will turn up more flaws that a naked-eye inspection employed by most sellers. "Tactile" scratches are detected by feel using the thumb-nail test and may likely result in a pop when played, "fine" scratches and scuffs, as described, are less likely to produce noise.
