Description
Here is a cool album from my collection offered up for auction: A vintage 1963 "Buddy Holly And The Crickets" album, released by Coral Records CRL 757405 Stereo, has cool Coral plastic baggie inner sleeve. This is a 1st pressing of this 1963 re-issue of the Brusnwick lp "The Chriping Crickets". This album was issued after Buddy's early and tragic death and just as The Beatles were about to conquer America. Songs on this album include: Oh Boy, Not Fade Away, Maybe Baby, Tell Me How, a collectable 57 year old iconic album.
The vinyl rates a respectable VG, is clean and glossy with some light marks and a few more moderate marks on both sides, has been PLAY TESTED. Plays very good from start to finish, bright clear sound with some background pops, no skips, no jumps, no hiss, a very enjoyable listen!
The 57 year old cover rates VG+ , is clean and bright with great color portrait of the band, minimal age discoloration, has faint pen initials written in top corner (barely noticeable), seam splits have been neatly repaired with tape, binder edge taped but is partly readable, back has a light spot stain, cover has been well cared for! (see all photos)
Album will be shipped in a plastic sleeve in a record box with a tracking. The vinyl will be shipped in inner sleeve outside cover to prevent cover splits.
