Description
1964 Beatles VJEP 1-903 Souvenir Visit To America EP Picture Sleeve ONLY VG+
An exceptional, original 1964 Vee-Jay Records cardboard picture sleeve for the rare Souvenir of Their Visit to America 7" EP (VJEP 1-903).
Because these 1960s cardboard sleeves were printed on unlaminated stock, finding an original copy without heavy black-ink flaking, seam splits, or harsh ring wear is getting increasingly tough. This particular example is easily one of the cleanest, best-preserved copies available—ideal for a collector looking to upgrade a sleeve or complete a loose vinyl copy!
Condition Details:
- Front Cover: Rich, deep black background with bright, unfaded colors on the portraits and typography. Only very faint, minor surface/shelf wear present upon close inspection.
- Back Cover: Clean white backdrop with crisp black typography. Features one light diagonal crease on the bottom-left corner.
- Seams & Spine: Clean edges; no seam splits or tape repairs anywhere.
- Corners: Very minor, light corner bumping consistent with careful storage over 60+ years.
Important Note to Buyers:
- THIS AUCTION IS FOR THE ORIGINAL PICTURE SLEEVE ONLY. NO VINYL RECORD IS INCLUDED.
- Will ship securely packed in a rigid record mailer with cardboard stiffeners to ensure safe arrival.
