Description
Jon Anderson, his older brother Tony, and David Foster (Time And A Word, Sweet Dreams) in this Beatles-movement brit-pop band, sounding more like Hermans Hermits than Beatles.
"Don't Make Me Blue" (Foster) was used in the 1964 pop-music-based movie "Just For You", the Warriors clip available on YouTube.
This disc is fairly clean looking. At 54 years old, it's been played a few times and has slight wear, though I don't own a turntable to check for play quality. Hard to see, especially in the photograph, is a prior owner's name Barbara Perkins, written lightly in pen or pencil on the left of the label. (I didn't notice it until now, after owning this item for decades).
The Decca sleeve is original and is in good shape, but there is a small British price sticker and a catalog number hand-written on one side of the Decca factory sleeve.
The phrase on the label states "Recording First Published 1964", which might imply a re-issue, though I have never found anything to indicate this recording was re-issued, and I have owned this single for decades.
