Description

1964 The Rolling Stones first album: "England's Biggest Hit Makers", with photo
- London ffrr record #: LL 3375, monaural/mono     - "ffrr" is an abbreviation for "full frequency range recording"
- only one song on this record was written by Jagger/Richards: Tell Me (You're Coming Back to Me)    - the other (11) songs are covers or songs written by others for The Rolling Stones
- can not test play as I don't have a working turntable
- cover:    - still has original plastic    - spine is EXC, as it has been protected by the plastic shrink wrap    - the (2) corners at the open end of the cover have some chafing    - has a lite musty odor (may have been basement stored)
   - front cover:       - "Benson" covering the title is written on the shrink wrap, not the cover       - a small hand-drawn star is written on the letter "S" on Stones, written on cover    - back cover:       - "Benson, Dan." is written on the shrink wrap, not the cover       - "Benson" is written on the cover at the top left (1 3/4" long, capital "B" is 1/2" tall)
- "FREE full color photo of THE ROLLING STONES" inside"    - photo is included    - in EXC/NRMNT condition - no tears, folds, thumb tack holes or tape residue    - is signed on the back "Benson, Danny" in black MagicMarker ( 6" long, about 1/2" tall)        - since the bottom of the photo is almost black, the signature can barely be seen from the front side
- album sleeve:    - no tears, tape or tape marks    - some slight tanning     - a few small wrinkles in the corners   - record album:    - has some lite scratch marks on both sides    - "RECORDED IN EUROPE", "made in u.s.a" on label on both sides        - side 1: label has "Benson, Dan." written from the 9 to 12 o'clock position (black MagicMarker)       - the "N" in London has been outlined in black MagicMarker       - handwritten numbers are "ARL 6291" and "LL 3375 A"
   - side 2: label has "Benson" lightly written in ink pen just above the first song title (I'm A King Bee)       - handwritten numbers are "ARL 6292" and "LL 3375 B"    - album weight is nn oz. - album cover is 12 3/8" x 12 3/8"
- packed and ready to travel weight is approx. nn oz.    - will ship domestically via USPS Priority Mail (with tracking)    - box size will be approx. 14" x 14" x 2"
