Description
Here is an original Beatles album from my collection up for sale: The Beatles first USA LP "Meet The Beatles" released in 1964, this is a 1st pressing by Capitol Records T 2047 (Mono) with heavy vinyl and rainbow color band labels with 3 BMI credits, still has printed inner sleeve, RIAA #3, has been a well cared for original! This album features an assortment of hit songs "I Want To Hold Your Hand", "I Saw Her Standing There" plus "All My Loving" and others.
The vinyl rates strong VG, is glossy and clean, has some faint sleeve marks and light needle marks, nothing heavy or feel-able! PLAY TESTED, plays from start to finish with very good audio quality, bright clear sound with some light background pops, there are a few more moderate pops at the lead-in, no skips or jumps, a very enjoyable listen!
The cover rates strong VG+, is clean and bright, great front portraits with only light ring wear, all seams excellent, no splits, no tape, binder edge is EX and readable, just a couple tiny corner bumps, opening edge has a few tiny bumps, no stains, no signatures or writing. The paper inner sleeve has small splits neatly taped. (see all photos)
Will be shipped in a plastic outer sleeve inside a secure record mailing box with tracking number. Vinyl will be shipped in "throw away" paper sleeve outside cover to prevent cover/sleeve splits.
