Archive quality 1966 Beatles Revolver 1st UK Stereo PCS 7009 best 1/1 ending Matrices with the printed by Garrod & Lofthouse to the bottom flip confirming that this is a first year issue, first batch pressing by EMI for their Parlophone label. Those pictures are telling the truth. Yellow and black earliest labels with the K & T around the centre, and all text as called for. I must have seen 50 or 60 early examples of this over the years, none of which have been in the vicinity of the condition of this one, it is a beauty.
This has a fully near mint pair of playing surfaces, and no label damage, with big clear uninterrupted sound, with full near mint playback. If you would like a first anywhere pressing of this in Pristine Near mint condition, to hear that unmatched sound quality of a first Uk press, this is it.
This played fully near mint, in clear and pleasing sound, revealing low in the mix effects for the first time, as I was listening very carefully for defects (there were none). If you own a later pressing of this, you will hear the difference. This 1st off the presses when the master tapes were brand new will be superior in every way. A great example of a great lp.
