SOMETHING'S COMIN' / WHEN THE COLD WINDS BLOW
The name "Dee & Tee" conjures up images of a bad teen idol duo, but in reality, they cut a tuff-sounding
garage folk rocker for Platinum Records producer Bob Archibald in December 1966. The duo somehow
made it on to Coral Records (a national label, distributed by MCA), but the record went nowhere at the
time... and the identities of Dee & Tee were lost to time. The better of the two sides, "Something's Comin'",
got a revival of sorts, when it was included on a "Pebbles" garage band compilation, but the guy and girl
behind this lost single never did come forward. Bob Archibald is dead; songwriter Samuel Marvin Chaze
n remains a mystery man. So all these years later, we still don't know who Dee & Tee were, or the circumstances
behind this cryptic 45.
Condition: Graded Visually. Appears to have been played very little, if at all.
M- Looks Brand New!
Any tiny scuffs or label staining appear to be from storage only.
Note - I attempt to grade on a lower side so buyers are pleasantly surprised.
This record has not been professionally cleaned.
