WITH MUCH APPRECIATION TO ALL OUR CUSTOMERS: If you have a question on orders received, please contact us. We take Customer Service seriously, and want you to be satisfied. When leaving Feedback, please consider the following: eBay's policy on the 5-star rating system is anything less than a 5 reduces our standing with eBay and ultimately can affect our selling abilities. SO please give us 5 stars in each category through the feedback system, and we will be able to effectively continue to fulfill your passion for rare and collectible music! We have served thousands of satisfied customers - far more than our feedback records indicate - and our aim is to continue to do so.
We have a VPI machine and thoroughly clean all records. Each order is carefully packaged by removing the LP from the jacket to avoid seam splits, use of 2/3 ml plastic cover sleeves over each LP and jacket, cardboard pad inserts, and placed in sturdy record mailers.
We mail all paid orders out once a week on Fridays/Saturdays. Please keep in mind our listings are time consuming in detail and we are often traveling to find these gems, which at times delays the delivery schedule to Monday. We strive to keep our shipping and handling costs as close to actual charges as reasonable. We ALWAYS process and ship every paid order. Please be aware we have no control over parcels once they are mailed from our local Post Office.
TO OUR REPEAT CUSTOMERS: We are happy to hold orders to save on shipping. Please pay your current invoice within five days of auctions ending and, if you request, we will hold your order and reflect a shipping discount for each additional order shipped together in the same parcel.
As always, thank you for your support!

THE ROLLING STONES
AFTERMATH
\ USA - (RED) LONDON RECORDS - LL 3476 - MONO
Pretty clean original 1966 pressing has the old punchy monaural sound production, as well has different mixes from the stereo issue...(check the condition below!)
Includes the original printed London Records inner sleeve with other STONES (etc) Lp's pictured...
1966 Aftermath was the first Rolling Stones album to feature all original compositions. Mick Jagger and Keith Richards went into the studio in Los Angeles with enough original material for an entire album. The days of searching for appropriate cover songs to quickly fill out an album were over. Brian Jones had a field day on Aftermath. He not only played the sitar...but as well, he puts nice use of a dulcimer on “Lady Jane,” a sax on “Flight 505,” harmonica on “Goin’ Home” and an African xylophone on “Under My Thumb.” Most of the instrumental surprises on the early Rolling Stones material were due to Brian Jones creativity and virtuosity with an increasing number of instruments.
This old Japanese pressing follows the American version that featured different cover art and different songs from the British release (The UK issue did not contain their then current # 1 hit "Paint It, Black" as this issue does)
“Lady Jane” is a nice balled for Jagger, Brian Jones dulcimer gives the song a stately presence.
“Under My Thumb” is a classic up tempo rocker for the Stones with a creative fuzz guitar holding the sound together. “Under My Thumb” exploited sexual exploitation which was part of the Stones persona at the time. “Stupid Girl” explored the same theme but in a more nasty punk edged way.
“Goin Home” is an eleven minute blues opus with basically guitars and harp building upon each other while Mick Jagger’s vocals float in and out of the mix.
“High and Dry” features some fine acoustic guitar and harmonica that takes this song in a rural direction. There isn't a bad track on the album highlighted throughout by such lesser known gems like "Think", "Doncha Bother Me", "Flight 505", and "It's Not Easy"
