Original 1966 UK press. Not an easy to find 45! 
Here's two very swinging, ultra hip 60s instrumentals by this UK studio orchestra.
A Touch Of Velvet features famed background singers The Ladybirds, but the track is of course best know for being  used as the theme music for the legendary German music television show BEAT CLUB (September 1965 to December 1972)  Still one of the worlds best music TV shows of the era (many episodes can be found on YouTube). 
The flip side which may even be better, has a strong dave allen and the arrows feel.  Radio Caroline disc jockey Dave Lee Travis also used the record for his signature tune.
