This is a relist, and here's why: When the previous winning bidder received this record, he noticed a warp to the record that I had not previously caught, because I'd been too scared to even set this record down on a turntable due to its rarity. The winning bidder opted to return the record for a refund including all shipping costs. The warp is not too that bad and does not effect the record's play. I've uploaded two videos that allow you to watch the needle/arm close-up as it plays. Each video is 1:15 and starts when the needle is set down on the outsider of the record to show the worst the warp has to offer followed by me moving the needle to about half way through. Very Rare record released by The Stanley Brothers in 1966 as "John's Gospel Quartet" on the Wango label (103).
This was later reissued by County Records in 1977 as "Stanley Brothers of Virginia, Volume 3, Uncloudy Day."
Vinyl is in very nice VG+ condition with just a few light, superficial scratches when checked under a bright light with very little surface noise, plays great. I suspect this has been played very very little during it's 45+ years on this earth. Has a bit of a warp that does not affect play at all. Has no jacket (I'll ship it in plain black one for you) and my understanding is it was originally released in an unmarked, plain white sleeve or jacket.
