Very good plus plus

Sleeve, all together, rear flaps secure, no names or marks, corners excellent, opening edge is not frayed or worn. Bright and fresh with no edge toning.

Insert newsletter is excellent, bright and clean, no names or marks, corners not folded. Printed both sides.

Vinyl looks unplayed, slight marbling but no scratches or scuffs, no names or stickers.

These are scarce items and I really can't think you would find one better.

Really does look like it was unplayed and tucked away.
