WOW WHAT A FIND !!! This is a RARE and ORIGINAL UK 1966 PYE DOUBLE SIDED FREAKBEAT / MOD DEMO ACETATE PRESSING by GOLDEN EARRINGS, ORIGINAL UK ACETATE PRESSING IN GREAT CONDITION !!!
WOW, this is a REAL FIND, an UNRELEASED DOUBLE SIDED UK PYE DEMO ACETATE from GOLDEN EARRINGS from 1967 that I suspect is the only one in existence !!!
These 2 tracks were NEVER released in the UK, although obviously that was thought about at the time, they only saw a release in Holland and Germany !!! Both tracks are fantastic 60’s FREAKBEAT / MOD / GARAGE tracks and from what I could make are slightly different mix to the European release !!! They were comped on the: CORNFLAKE ZOO 12 compilation !!! Both the band name and track title are different on this ACETATE from the European release, the band name is: GOLDEN EARINGS instead of GOLDEN EARRINGS and the A side track is called “RUN SO FAR” whereas on the finished issue it is “DON’T RUN TOO FAR” !!!

The tracks are: RUN SO FAR / WINGS.
The ACETATE was pressed by PYE RECORDS !!! The condition of the ACETATE is in VG/VG+ condition (better then most ACETATES of this age, minor light scuffs and marks only, and minor flake at the edge way before the grooves start, plays with mild crackle and hiss as ACETATES tend to have) !!!
AFTER A FEW PROBLEMS ALL ITEMS OVER £20.00 WILL HAVE TO BE SENT REGISTERED / INSURED AT AN EXTRA COST OF £1.50 (UK), £5.20 (REST OF THE WORLD) NO EXCEPTIONS !!!
