We mail all paid orders out once a week on Fridays/Saturdays.  Please keep in mind our listings are time consuming in detail and we are often traveling to find these gems, which at times delays the delivery schedule to Monday.   We strive to keep our shipping and handling costs as close to actual charges as reasonable.  We ALWAYS process and ship every paid order.  Please be aware we have no control over parcels once they are mailed from our local Post Office.

Beautiful 60's UK MOD PSYCH rarities session in glorious MONO ...ESSENTIAL unreleased tracks recorded at I.B.C. Studios in London, 1967-1968 ... housed in a terrific glossy gatefold cover with cool ACTION photos inside the gatefold....

Their music is melodic mayhem. Reminiscent of the early Who or the Creation, but fueled by an emerging psychedelia, it has all of your favorite elements -- great songs and playing and singing that is approached with a spirit of abandon in the 'swinging London' sixties!

The Who had passion, The Small Faces had style, but The Action were the real thing. A mod band made up of genuine mods… A progression without being progressive, these recordings point to what might have been and what really was. The Action were talented, creative and totally of the times.

 'Rolled Gold' by the amazing sixties English pop group, The Action is equal in talent to their contemporaries, and even so,  The Action somehow managed to slip under the commercial radar, even with music industry wizards like (BEATLES Producer) George Martin backing the band! What's certain is that 'Rolled Gold' transcends time and space and exists on its own terms as a masterpiece of melodic, guitar- driven rock'n'roll, 43 years later 'Rolled Gold' sounds more explosive than ever!
