Description
"Sgt Peppers Lonely Hearts Club Band" The Beatles. Rare Mono Version, UK Pressing. Deadwax XEX 637-1, XEX 638-1. NAM letters and 550 appear stacked on deadwax Side 1. MRP sideways on Deadwax Side 2. Label has Yellow and Silver text. "Sold in UK ..." Label Side 1 also has "KT" on either side of spindle hole. Record Condition: Vinyl Glows! Gorgeous lustre. When looking at vinyl under light, you note hairline marks in a few spots. Side 2 does have a hairline thin feelable scratch at the end of "Day in the Life". Even though this occurs in the quiet end section of the song, it was barely noticeable when listened to with headphones. So no, this is not a Mint record. But it is still in very collectible condition and is worthy of being considered close to Near Mint. The cover looks new. No ringwear, splits or writing - just fantastic. Only criticism is some cover wrinkling and on spine text the word "Hearts" is torn and incomplete. Comes with the Pepper insert! I don't know what happened to the original psych inner sleeve, so I am including the American psych inner sleeve. A wonderful collectible copy for the discerning Beatle fan and record collector.
