One of an outstanding reviewers collection of Classical early stereo and test pressing rarities we have just had in, all nice clean originals, many played just the once. 1967 1st anywhere issue Wide Band Grooved Decca SXL 6322 Brahms Piano Concerto 2 from Backhaus |& the VPO under Bohm. The lion of the piano in a favourite composer. Most desirable Harry Fisher mastered 1W1W stampers to this, suggesting the best sounding issue ever made.
This is absolutely pristine unmarked near mint in a clean Near Mint sleeve with the original decca inner. Those number one stampers are unlikely to be bettered by any audiophile issues as he was one of their finest, working with brand new tapes, which by now will be deteriorated.
