Here is an excellent opportunity to purchase an ORIGINAL 1st Pressing of Captain Beefheart & The Magic Band's 1967 Debut LP "SAFE AS MILK" on Buddah (Red Label) BDS 5001, with it's insanely rare unused BUMPER STICKER & INNER SLEEVE [all in Excellent Condition!] guaranteeing it being the very earliest pressing! I have over the last "3 YEARS" listed some 500+ Items from one of the largest private collections of Music & Memorabilia from CAPTAIN BEEFHEART & HIS MAGIC BAND - Included have been RARE Vinyl, Test Pressings, Promos, Press Kits (even Acetates!) plus a vast selection of World-Wide Memorabilia (inc almost every world-wide record released by The Magic Band.) Over the last few months and for the next few weeks, I have and will be listing some of the RAREST ITEMS in my collection, almost all in EX or Nr MINT, as these are the cream of my collection. Here is probably one of items at the top of most collectors wish list, a barely played 1967 USA '1st Pressing' of The Magic Band's 1st LP "SAFE AS MILK" with it's Original 'outer & inner sleeve' plus, most importantly, the original unused Bumper Sticker much coveted by Collectors.. which was only given away in the very early copies..

1967 US Original "SAFE AS MILK" with BUMPER STICKER + Inner Seleve on Buddah (Red Label) BDS 5001 - Recorded in RCA Studios, Holywood, CA in April '67. This is the Ultra Rare 1st Pressing, released in September that year but available for a short time only. - The Inner Sleeve has the weird artwork and photos (including Ry Cooder in profile) and the words "MAY THE BABY JESUS SHUT YOUR MOUTH AND OPEN YOU MIND" and "CAUTION: ELECTRICITY MAY BE HAZARDOUS TO HEALTH" - Most importantly to collectors; it still contains the 4" x 15" Bumper Sticker (as pictured above) folded inside.
