Description
Original 1968 copy of the The Intruders Gamble SG-5004 (stereo), "Cowboys To Girls," This classic 60s soul album is still sealed in the original shrink wrap and has never been opened or played. Record lies nice and flat with no issues. All of the corners are crisp and tight. LP still has the promo sticker on front (pictured).
Stored in our non-smoking home. This item will be well packed and shipped in a cardboard record mailer designed for shipping vinyl.

One of the sweetest soul records ever made.Hard to find in any condition. Never released on cd (only their greatest hits).
The Intruders were instrumental in helping define what would become known as Philly Soul. The Intruders were the first group signed to Gamble & Huff’s Gamble Records.
The Intruders’ trademark was the lead vocals of Sam "Little Sonny" Brown. Brown’s voice was a good match for such novelty numbers as "(Love Is Like A) Baseball Game," and the R & B number one "Cowboys To Girls." He also projected a warm innocence on romantic ballads.
