Payment is required within seven days. We mail all paid items ONE WEEK after auctions end. Please keep in mind our listings are time consuming in detail and we are often traveling to find these gems, which at times delays the delivery schedule by a day or two. We ALWAYS process and ship every paid order. We have no control over parcels once they are mailed from our local Post Office.Overseas mail to some countries (Italy, Russia, France, in particular) has became very slow. Opening a dispute for slow mail is unacceptable and will result in blocking the bidder. We work hard to provide excellent service as is represented by our 8000 plus positive feedback. We use a VPI machine and thoroughly clean all records. Each order is carefully packaged by removing the LP from the jacket to avoid seam splits, use of 3 ml plastic cover sleeves over each LP and jacket, cardboard pad inserts, and placed in sturdy record mailers for safe delivery. We take Customer Service seriously, and want you to be satisfied. This is the 1968 BRITISH first press ... so hard to find, 48 years of age, a great copy here!
Remarkable, fresh and joyful. These three words are the best found to describe this album. The album contains known songs, and the styles within render the music sounding as if the tunes are brand new songs -- the arrangements & instrumentation skillfully changed on previous popular tracks such as Jumping Jack Flash, Baby I love you, and Hymn to Freedom, This Here and others. Two of the tracks are actually penned by Mick Weaver, Wynder K. Frogg's real name, who is the leader of the crew, playing Hammond organ and keys throughout. The musicians formulate an incredible and powerful band ... they include: Dick Heckstall-Smith, Chris Mercer and Henry Lowther -- all from John Mayall's Bluesbreakers' and Reebop Kwaku Baah from Traffic on percussion ... It is a little known fact that Mick Weaver replaced Steve Winwood in Traffic for a short while when Winwood left the band to join Eric Clapton to form "Blind Faith." Traffic became Mason, Capaldi, Wood and Frog, which was then soon shortened to Wooden Frog. They played a few gigs before dissolving three months later when Traffic reformed. The rest of Wynder K. Frog's band includes Neil Hubbard on guitar, Alan Spenner on bass and Bruce Rowland on drums. Last but not least, the famous record producer Jimmy Miller is responsible for the terrific sound. Released in 1968, it took more than 25 years to get appreciated; and even now, some 48 years later the album didn't lose any of its freshness and joy.

CONDITION: The cover: rated: near "EX" (excellent) which is actually, in his case, a solid keeper copy - has NO shelf wear...fully laminated fragile UK original issue containing just very light previous handling which doesn't in anyway detract from overall appeal. This copy has no split seams, no bends, no writing...and no delete marks, full of fresh colors, and we're talking from 1968 no less ...
The vinyl: rated: M- the THICK inflexible vinyl rates as a TOP COPY -- all nice, smooth and glossy reflecting very enjoyable CLEAN audio ...NO distracting surface problems ... both (rough textured) pink Island labels are clean
