1968 SOUL/FUNK: JAMES BROWN & Flames- I Can't Stand Myself... 1st Ed Press EX

Description

James Brown And The Famous Flames ?– I Can't Stand Myself When You Touch Me

THE VINYL :  EX :  Lightly played with some evidence of spindlewear, both sides of the LP retain much of their original gloss with bright, undamaged, Blue and Silver King Labels. Present on both sides are a few light marks, including some cosmetic sleevewear from the original paper inner sleeve and a few minor hairlines. There are no deep marks.

In all, the record has been carefully handled, infrequently played, and produces a clean, strong, stereo audio.

THE COVER :  VG :  Both seams and the spine are intact; however the top and bottom seams have been taped / the front cover shows moderate scuffing / there is some paper loss on the bottom seam area on the back cover (please see photo) / a name is written in the upper left corner on the back cover (please see photo) / 2 numbers are lightly written in pencil on the front cover / it has a great 60's look to the layout, and has well-protected the LP.

We have placed both the cover and the LP into separate, protective plastic sleeves.

RECORD GRADING DESCRIPTION:

THIS RECORD IS SIGHT-GRADED ONLY UNDER A BRIGHT LIGHT, ACCORDING TO THESE DEFINITIONS:

SEALED: RECORD IS WRAPPED IN PLASTIC & UNOPENED.

NM-: RECORD HAS LITTLE OR NO INDICATION THAT IT HAS BEEN PLAYED.

EX: MINIMAL SIGNS OF USE (LIGHT SCRATCHING/PAPER SCUFFS), BUT IN ALL A RECORD THAT HAS BEEN WELL-CARED FOR.

VG+: LESS CARE THAN EX, LIGHT SCRATCHING OR SCUFFING IS MORE EXTENSIVE. STILL VERY PLAYABLE & WILL LIKELY PROVIDE A QUALITY SOUND.

VG & BELOW: WHILE PLAYABLE, THIS RECORD HAS BEEN AROUND THE BLOCK. OBVIOUS SIGNS OF WEAR & SHOULD BE CONSIDERED TO BE IN A LOW GRADE.  A RECORD GRADED BELOW VG MAY HAVE A VALUE BASED UPON ITS RARITY OR UNIQUENESS.

WE  RECOMMEND THAT YOU CLEAN THIS RECORDING BEFORE PLAYING. RECORDS THAT ARE  DECADES OLD CAN ATTRACT & ACCUMULATE DAMAGING FOREIGN MATERIAL THAT REDUCES SOUND QUALITY. THIS IS NORMALLY EASILY CORRECTED WITH A GOOD CLEANING.
