Description

THE BANANA SPLITS' DEBUT LP, We're The Banana Splits'.  Created by the same guys who made HR Puffin'stuff (Sid and Marty Croft).   This is the real deal, still with factory shrink wrap, It is a 1st issue (they reissued them in the 1980's, but you can tell as they didn't have the DECCA logo or the '1968' copyright sticker on front, this one has all of those)...

I played both sides of this all the way through because I, like you, hate surprises... Forgiveness for the glare on the cover - the shrink wrap didn't like being photographed.  The cover is a solid green = NO FADING!

Notes - original DECCA pressing from 1968

Condition details- Cover is still in factory shrink which has been opened (to get the record out).   Shrink has started to separate on bottom (near the yellow copyright 1968 sticker) and is also beginning to separate on the back. The side seam is beginning to split.  The glue (used to hold the yellow copyright sticker) has discolored the sticker and a small portion of the cover. The shrink wrap is also stuck to the glue in this area. Vinyl has some light surface marks but plays very very well  (a couple pops and clicks).  Record sleeve is not original to the album.
