Description
Here is an original Johnny Cash album from my collection offered up for sale: Popular "Johnny Cash at Folsom Prison" album released in 1968 by Columbia Records CS 9639 Stereo. This is a first pressing with heavy vinyl with "two eye" red labels and printed inner sleeve. This album features Johnny Cash giving a rousing live concert in the prison hall, is joined by June Carter and the Tennessee Two. Cool title track song plus songs "25 minutes to go", "I got Stripes", "Flushed From The Bathroom Of Your Heart" and "I Still Miss Someone", GREAT album.
The vinyl rates VG+, has a few light marks, only a couple small more moderate ones, has been PLAY TESTED. Plays very good from start to finish, bright clear sound with a few light background pops, nothing heavy, no skips or jumps, an enjoyable listen! Inner sleeve has small center splits neatly taped.
The cover rates EX, is super clean and bright, has great front portrait with minimal ring wear, edge and corners with minimal wear to color, no splits, no tape, binder EX and readable, no signatures or writing. (see all photos)
Will be shipped in plastic sleeve in a record mailing box with tracking. Vinyl will shipped in paper sleeve outside the cover to prevent cover splits.
