We mail all paid items ONE WEEK after auctions end. Our listings are time consuming in detail and we are often traveling to find these gems, which at times delays the delivery schedule by a day or two. We ALWAYS process and ship every paid order. We have no control over parcels once they are mailed from our local Post Office. Overseas mail to some countries (Italy, Russia, France, in particular) has become very slow. Opening a dispute for slow mail is unacceptable. We work hard to provide excellent service as is represented by our well over +22,000 positive feedback. We use an ultrasonic KLAudio machine and thoroughly clean all records. Each order is carefully packaged by removing the LP from the jacket to avoid seam splits, use of 3 ml plastic cover sleeves over each LP and jacket, cardboard pad inserts, and placed in sturdy record mailers for safe delivery. We take Customer Service seriously, and want you to be satisfied. Please give us 5 stars in each category through the feedback system, and we will be able to effectively continue to fulfill your passion for rare and collectible music! Top-rated 1st album by the legendary motivated Dutch blues-rippin' band, LIVIN' BLUES, produced by Jaap Eggermont, former early member also from Golden Earring.
"Hells Session" was recorded in just 3 days in July of 1969 and has a very intimate, live-in-the-studio feel to it.
The mighty Livin` Blues, followed the style of late 60s British blooz-boom bands lke (1st Lp) Sam Apple Pie, Savoy Brown, Peter Green's Fleetwood Mac, etc.
Livin' Blues went onward as a solid popular Dutch act, releasing the highly popular Lp's "Ram Jam Rosey", "Bamboozle", "Wang Dand Doodle" and more, though none as great as thier 1969 first "Hells Session"
Formed by their vocalist Nicko Christiansen, who co-wrote most of the bands original material (sung in English) with the band's guitar player Ted Oberg, who was one of the Holland's best, and John Lagrand, in their constantly changing rhythm section.
Alongside other Dutch blues-rock bands like "Cuby And The Blizzards", "Blues Dimension" and a few others, they formed quite a lively scene during the late 1960s and 1970s.
