We mail all paid items ONE WEEK after auctions end. Our listings are time consuming in detail and we are often traveling to find these gems, which at times delays the delivery schedule by a day or two. We ALWAYS process and ship every paid order. We have no control over parcels once they are mailed from our local Post Office. Overseas mail to some countries (Italy, Russia, France, in particular) has become very slow. Opening a dispute for slow mail is unacceptable.  We work hard to provide excellent service as is represented by our well over +22,000 positive feedback.   We use an ultrasonic KLAudio machine and thoroughly clean all records. Each order is carefully packaged by removing the LP from the jacket to avoid seam splits, use of 3 ml plastic cover sleeves over each LP and jacket, cardboard pad inserts, and placed in sturdy record mailers for safe delivery.   We take Customer Service seriously, and want you to be satisfied.   RARE  1969 reportedly issued in 300 quantity, on major RCA label, signed due to obvious talents in the band, yet far too strange to ever achieve commercial success, a GREAT thing -- presenting the greatness found in this seldom ever seen 60's psychedelic rock talent.

  [isdntekvideo] Don't let the familiar tunes put you off, the band mangles them into weird new shapes, with "For No One"(Beatles) and "Satisfaction"(Stones) being particularly demented !!!
  Far many years searching for unique rock vinyl releases like this, the OCTOPUS 4 album rates in high levels delivering a fully  flipped-out platter - their only album.
   
  These cats came up with completely wacked-out ideas. Even for someone like someone who spent an unhealthy amount of time digging for self gratifying albums. The OCTOPUS 4 were led by Farfisa organ (keys/harpsichord), fuzz /distortion guitar, some psych effects and often strange engaging vocals. The Lp surprises, thrills popping up may send even a few listeners into ecstasy(?). If anyone is put off by the presence of few recognized titles by another artist, don't worry, Octopus 4 deconstruct and rebuild them into tunes so unique, may as well be different songs.
  
• Highlight segment is a wild/crazy theater episode between tracks of a ghastly narration in a story when Cinderella meets Frankenstein - and his quest for her "action" in the black forest with "mirrors above his bed", - rasping groans, screams and more ensue... 
  
  The original tracks are even better then the re-worked tunes, with twists & turns erupting into explosions like the best found in UK psych sixties.  Between all these tracks are sound effects, bizarre spoken word bits, mad psychedelic goings-on, all pulling the rug out from under listeners and their already frazzled brains.

The cover: rated: near M- laminated colorful gatefold actually appears closer to M- at first glance, yet close inspection indicates some hard to notice (light) age spots on back cover; slightly noticeable, advised from being stored in cold weather. Otherwise is real nice, colorful clean gatefold = no issues. Stiff & solid, there aren't any (no) faded areas, no delete marks, and no split seams, no bends, has nice sharp corners...collection worthy 
  1. The vinyl: Rated: M- shiny/glossy very clean, the heavier weighty vinyl plays with terrific clean audio. Both Fr.-RCA labels are clean.
