1969 Hubbels Mod Dancer DJ 45 (Hippy-Dippy-Funky-Monkey-Double-Bubble-Sitar-Man)

 

 

 
The Hubbels “Hippy-Dippy-Funky-Monkey-Double-Bubble-Sitar-Man” b/w “City Woman” (Audio Fidelity 150). Great mod dancer from the 1968 by the duo of Robert Hubbel and Mary Ann Frazell. They first met at Wittenberg University School of Music in Springfield, Ohio in 1966. Frazell was a native of Dayton, Ohio and Hubbel hailed from Tarrytown, New York. While at Wittenberg, the duo toured with the school’s choir throughout South America, performing in Colombia, Ecuador, Chile, Argentina, Peru, Uruguay and Puerto Rico. Upon returning to the states, they toured the Eastern Seaboard ending the tour in New York City and recording an album there in late 1968.Record is a DJ copy in EX condition (vinyl is M- but it has two X’s and a date on one label and a date on flip label – see scan.) Postage will be paid by purchaser.
