We make every effort to mail all orders out Friday of each week. Keep in mind our listings are time consuming in detail and we are often traveling to find these gems, which at times delays the delivery schedule by a day or two at most. Original 1969 gatefold vinyl pressing ...the very first ZEPHYR, watch-out!
Literally exploding on the scene of '69 was this first ZEPHYR beast, a lethal hardrock ripper with the intenseness of the first Blue Cheer album...tightly would long tracks filled with brutal dirty fuzz guitar injections many times out-of-control. On top of it all was Ms Candy Givens, a gutteral soul stompin' screaming female (ala Janis Joplin on fire ) with likewise intensity that complimented the crazed fuzz guitars & power-driven rythms, rather perfectly, by the time you get to the almost 9 minute HARD CHARGIN' WOMAN, you're exhausted -- on the floor! ...all told, the album is one of the heavies from the USA underground to behold...
