BASIC PROGRAM OF THE CHURCH “To work together for the overall principle of serving God and Mankind." There exists a three-fold relationship between God, man, and his neighbor, divinely instituted by our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. This relationship ties us to God first of all through the realm of grace and the channels of Divine Love, and causes us to be motivated for the good of mankind. We believe that a Christian cannot truly sing praises unto God until his life has been transformed and he is walking in the paths of righteousness. God has done something for us that no one else could do; He has granted us “great grace" and as a result, He wants us to do something for someone else, humble though it may be. Singing for God is one of the highest and most exalted forms of praise, for it is the song that flows from the very heart of our Creator; a song that truly no human pen can write. It is God's songs that He sings through His children; as it has been said of old, "It's better felt than told", for despite the problems in the world, God is still blessing us right now, and singing is but one of these blessings. We are but instruments through which God brings His music to the soul of man. We sing so that men will know that we serve a true and living Saviour, King Jesus; One who has blessed us all of our days, One who has been our rock in a weary land, One who has been our high tower; and One in whom we put all our faith and trust. It is through this deep faith and trust in our Saviour that we record songs for this album, hoping and praying that as you listen to them, your faith and trust in God will be renewed with fresh vigor and determination; that all may see and know our "God is Able." That is why St. John Sings!
