Advance release WHITE LABEL PROMOTIONAL ~~ Original 1970 first pressing VINYL of the 2nd HARD MEAT album -- they made two worthy collectibles...
Old white label promotional albums have been highly collected for years and most of the good rock collectible white label promos are tucked away in private collections ...the white labels were the first to be pressed off the freshly cut masters and retain the best sound quality ...pressed in limited numbers, they were sent out to radio stations and media publications for review...so many years later ther white label originals are highly sought for good reason.
HARD MEAT, a great unknown and/or underrated hardedged psych UK band with 2 albums to their name...released in those magic years 1969/70! They consist of Mick Dolan: Guitars, lead vocals / Steve Dolan: Bass, vocals/ Mick Carless: Drums. A trio format that mixes well melodic guitar textures into hard driving aspects as well. They have tendencies to remind of Steamhammer & Armageddon.
An overlooked strong album that collectors all seem to like. Mostly shifting between semi hard rockers with psych ingredients. Worth the catch..

CONDITION: The cover is all around solid..."EX" (excellent) only having a small delete at bottom left corner, otherwise not with the wear it is usually found with (i.e. a *clean* copy!) Fine for any collection. no seam splits, no bends no writing anywhere
The vinyl is "EX" (excellent) plays TOP level, all smooth and grooves that shine !
