Description
Up for sale: An original pressing of Ringo Starr's second album "Beaucoups Of Blues" released in 1970 by The Beatles' own label Apple Records, SMAS 3368 Stereo, has gatefold cover with lyrics, vinyl has Bell Sound in the dead wax. This one has a label error with misspelled word "Women" is supposed to be "Woman Of The Night". This album was recorded in Nashville and features country inspired songs arranged with Ringo's style. Features Charlie Daniels on guitar and Elvis' back-up singers "The Jordanairs", has popular title track song and cool anti-war social statement song "Silent Homecoming".
The disc rates VG+, is glossy and clean, has some small light marks, nothing heavy or feel-able, has been PLAY TESTED. Plays excellent from start to finish with minimal surface noise and an enjoyable listen!
The cover rates EX, is clean and bright with great portrait of Ringo, minimal ring wear, seams and corners excellent, no splits, no tape, binder edge is EX and readable, no signatures, no stains, inside gatefold excellent and all lyrics readable, has a punch hole cut out in cover and sleeve.
Will be shipped in a plastic sleeve in a LP mailing box with tracking number. The vinyl will be shipped in paper sleeve outside the cover to prevent cover splits. Check my Seller's list eBay store "Groove Vibrations Vintage Records" for other vintage rock n roll record gems!
