Please understand, we have served thousands of "satisfied" customers and processed thousands of orders - far more than our feedback records indicate - It is our intention to give EACH and EVERY buyer our best possible service and we are known to ALWAYS deliver your purchased item. ALL items paid for are processsed 'outbound'  to each and EVERY customer, satisfaction guaranteed.  Keep in mind we have serviced THOUSANDS of satisfied customers and our aim is to continue to do so.

We make every effort to mail all orders out Friday of each week.  Keep in mind our listings are time consuming in detail and we are often traveling to find these gems, which at times delays the delivery schedule by a day or two at most.   We also strive to keep our shipping and handling costs as close to actual charges as reasonable.

TO OUR REPEAT CUSTOMERSWe often get requests to hold orders to save on shipping.  We are happy to do thatPlease pay your current invoice within five days of auctions ending and IF YOU REQUEST we will hold your order and reflect a shipping discount for each additional order shipped together in the same parcel.   To receive continual shipping discounts, we will hold your orders as long as you want, but it is necessary to pay each invoice you receive to stay current.   Most importantly, we appreciate your business.

ORIGINAL 1970 FIRST PRESSING = SEALED! Their BEST LP!

            BLOOD SWEAT & TEARS

                   3

          ...USA - COLUMBIA RECORDS - KC - 30090

Original 1970 first press of perhaps the unsung hereo of BS&T albums, delivering what may be their BEST album in terms of solid tracks from start to finish ... here is a perfect STILL SEALED 1970 original that holds the key to this 38+ year old never opened copy:

The phenomenally successful Blood, Sweat & Tears 2nd album (Spinning Wheel, etc) was a difficult act to follow for the pioneering jazz rock ensemble bearing the same name. Nevertheless, Blood, Sweat & Tears #3 featuring the soulful, powerful, and charismatic voice of David Clayton-Thomas and filled with animated and sophisticated arrangements for Top 40 hits such as 'Hi-De-Ho' and 'Lucretia Mac Evil' yielded a number one follow up album for this groundbreaking group! The album also features distinctive, utterly fascinating interpretations of other artists repertoire such as a jazzy version of Laura Nyro’s 'He's a Runner', Traffic’s '40,000 Headmen', a grandiose version of the Rolling Stone’s 'Sympathy for the Devil,' and a compelling take on James Taylor's 'Fire and Rain'. For those in the know, #3 is a favorite BS&T album. The musical ideas are pretty diverse and the arrangements are always terrific. Sure, there's great material here and it's the ARRANGEMENTS which always set BS&T apart and made their work sound so GREAT!  Some of the best arrangements they ever did are Dick Halligan's adventures with the Stones' "Sympathy For The Devil," which developed into a major work in (9) movements with everyone's help; also David's tune "Lucretia Mac Evil," likewise augmented by the group into "Lucretia's Reprise" and Tony Klatka's amazing juggling act on "40,000 Headmen," which blends a varese by Capaldi with a Steve Winwood song and ties them together with a little Bartok and a riff by Thelonius Monk !! This was a LANDMARK album in rock and roll!

"Hi-De-Ho" "The Battle"  "Lucretia MacEvil"  "Lucretia's Reprise" "Fire and Rain" "Lonesome Suzie" "Symphony for the Devil/Sympathy for the Devil" "He's a Runner" "Somethin' Comin' On" "40,000 Headmen"
