Description

1971 1st German DGG SMETANA Ma Vlast KUBELIK My Fatherland Boston SO 2 LP box with large booklet. Vaclav Talich in the mono era, then Rafael Kubelik are the two great interpreters of this monumental masterpiece of a tone poem, so it was only natural that the Boston SO would seek out the man himself to front their reading of it. It is a wonderful achievement, having a worthy place as the new decades version to sit alongside the majestic Decca SXL's and the mono supraphons of it. Beautiful low plays condition ideal example here of the first pressing. Our ethos is to offer you best sounding analogue only pressings of vintage records. Here is another beauty of that type.
We offer massive postage subsidies to overseas buyers on multiple purchases. i.e £1 extra per lp to a maximum of £15, then no extra charge.
We pack carefully in custom made hard card boxes. If the appearance or playgrade suggests it requires it, our records are cleaned on a wash and vac machine, using art du son fluid in distilled water.
 This is already in a new heavy poly outer with antistatic inners added with outer sleeve and records all layered behind each other to prevent splits.
