Description

 *** ATTENTION!***

Please carefully read our entire listing to answer any questions you may have,  including discount shipping rates at end of listing; then contact us directly with any other information you may need.

WITH MUCH APPRECIATION TO ALL OUR CUSTOMERS:  If you have a question on orders received, please contact us.  We take Customer Service seriously, and want you to be satisfied.   When leaving Feedback, please consider the following:  eBay's policy on the 5-star rating system is anything less than a 5  reduces our standing with eBay and ultimately can affect our selling abilities.   SO please give us 5 stars in each category through the feedback system, and we will be able to effectively continue to fulfill your passion for rare and collectible music!  We have served thousands of satisfied customers  - far more than our feedback records indicate - and our aim is to continue to do so.
We have a VPI machine and thoroughly clean all records.   Each order is carefully packaged by removing the LP from the jacket to avoid seam splits, use of  2/3 ml plastic cover sleeves over each LP and jacket, cardboard pad inserts, and placed in sturdy record mailers.

We mail all paid orders out once a week on Fridays/Saturdays.  Please keep in mind our listings are time consuming in detail and we are often traveling to find these gems, which at times delays the delivery schedule to Monday.   We strive to keep our shipping and handling costs as close to actual charges as reasonable.  We ALWAYS process and ship every paid order.  Please be aware we have no control over parcels once they are mailed from our local Post Office.

TO OUR REPEAT CUSTOMERS:  We are happy to hold orders to save on shipping.  Please pay your current invoice within five days of auctions ending and, if you request, we will hold your order and reflect a shipping discount for each additional order shipped together in the same parcel.

As always, thank you for your support!

SCARCE, clean (M- VINYL) and sought after... original 1971 first pressing collectible ...the great 2nd album by the mighty tuneful guitar heavy THREE MAN ARMY...really hard to find without self wear to the thick gatefold cover -- see details below, this copy is 'nice' ...

The second Three Man Army, considered their hardest and probable best of three albums, it is called "Mahesha" in the U.K. and represents a driving hard guitar rocker by the former GUN members the Gurvitz brothers ... killer status original tunes with lots of biting guitar leads, tight, electrified, with that cool sound collectors look for in early 70's hard rock rarities...
On their second outing, this British band sounded rougher and bluesier than on their debut, which sparked frequent comparisons to Cream. Center-stage was Adrian Gurvitz, a true guitar wizard, whose intricate, hard-driving solos had gained notoriety since his days with Gun
, aided and abetted by the heavy, precise rhythm section.  Yet proper commercial success continued to elude them.  The band was often praised for their tight and professional live performances, yet, at the end of the day, none of their records had made it into the charts. The last crack at big time was attempted in 1974, with the release of "Mahesha" - alas, it was sadly igonred by the public. THREE MAN ARMY consists of Adrian Curtis(Gurvitz) on guitar, vocals, keyboards, his brother Paul Gurvitz on Bass/vocals and Tony Newman(ex-May Blitz) on drums.
The level of musicianship is top notch and worth having in your collection.
Standout tracks are 'My Yiddishe Mama', 'Mahesha', 'Can't Leave the Summer(Part 1 and 2)', and 'Take me down from the Mountain'. There are no bad tracks on this album.

My Yiddishe Mama
Hold On
Come On Down to Earth
Take Me Down from the Mountain
Woman
Mahesha
Take a Look at the Light
Can't Leave the Summer, Pts. 1-2
The Trip
