We have a VPI machine and thoroughly clean all records. Each order is carefully packaged by removing the LP from the jacket to avoid seam splits, use of 2/3 ml plastic cover sleeves over each LP and jacket, cardboard pad inserts, and placed in sturdy record mailers.
We mail all paid orders out once a week on Fridays/Saturdays. Please keep in mind our listings are time consuming in detail and we are often traveling to find these gems, which at times delays the delivery schedule to Monday. We strive to keep our shipping and handling costs as close to actual charges as reasonable. We ALWAYS process and ship every paid order. Please be aware we have no control over parcels once they are mailed from our local Post Office.

Highly collectible rare one, hard to find, 1971 first pressing vinyl in thick gatefold cover ...the first (and best) of three albums released by this hairy crew, and whatta heavy beast, this is ! ....dirty distortion guitar and Hammond organ ...""Power Bombs""
Colossal crunchy guitar riffing doom meeting gushing swerving organ swells amid wailing hardrock classic-style vocals...the thunderous punch of first LP Sabbath, that takes the high road into progressive psych adventures.
Long involved tracks loaded with loud bombastic passages ...if this were American, the Lp would be off the charts in popularity ...as it is, fairly still unknown but anyway, a thrilling beast lies in wait...
DIONYSOS experiments with a heady mix of psychedelia prog & blues rock...highlighted by the monstrous chaos of the 12+ minute "Narcotique" which explore the contemporary themes of the day such as drug use and organized religion...
One of Quebec's earliest and most historically important albums is Dionysos' debut "Life's Big Game"
Dionysos is Hammond organ-driven, filled with searing and soaring guitar leads, the odd flute and the then-surprising strong vocals ... With the opening 12-min+ "Narcotique" is a typical Dionysos blues-based structure, coming with plenty of drama, interplay, interludes and changes of tempo, enough to raise the hair from your arms.
"Suzie" is a good standard 12-bar Blues hardrock number that's well groovable...
"La Colère" is a fuzz guitar piece that emulates anger...a killer track !
Even more interesting is the 8-min+ "L'Age Du Chlore", an up-tempo raving heavy affair evenly shared between organ and guitar battles reminiscent of Deep Purple "In Rock" ...even whirling flute fights the guitar for supremacy early on, with the organ lurking just under, underlined by the efficient drumming until coming back with more energetic with a vengeful searing distortion guitar. The album closes on the "Agneau De Dieu" ("God's Lamb"), the albums best track (and they're all great tracks) ...this one, meanacing heavy riff guitar that creeps into an uprising ...literally explodes in climax ending with a mighty fury of guitar & hard driving organ explosives... the singers voice commands a long wail that gradually fades, as if falling off a cliff ...

CONDITION: The thick gatefold cover is solid with light wear, VG+(+), no split seams, no bends, no writing... has light shelf wear and with a still very collectible look.
The vinyl is mainly VG++ with glossy sides, couple not audible scuff lines. Play graded the whole album and is top level superb, enjoyable.
