Description: The Philosophy of the Spiritual is a great LP album by bassist Richard Davis.
Has two small holes indicating a Promo copy which goes through the cover and paper sleeve.
Richard Davis as an American jazz bassist. Among his best-known contributions to the albums of others are Eric Dolphy's Out to Lunch!, Andrew Hill's Point of Departure, and Van Morrison's Astral Weeks, of which critic Greil Marcus wrote (in The Rolling Stone Illustrated History of Rock and Roll), "Richard Davis provided the greatest bass ever heard on a rock album."
This LP comes from my father-in law's collection as a record reviewer.

Condition: Vinyl: Album - Very Good. Was gently played a few times. The paper sleeve is folded in corners & has a tear on edge. Album cover: Cover is good condition. Wear and stains to covers as seen in photos. Has promotional punch holes. See all photos.

Vinyl will be shipped USPS media mail with tracking. Will be shipped within 3 business days after payment (usually faster). Please note postal rates increased again on July 14, 2024. That's EIGHT price hikes in 4 years.
Also the USPS has been incredibly slow- it can take up to 3 weeks for delivery based on their recent delays. I have no control over delivery time. Please take that into account when leaving feedback that I will ship quickly, but the USPS takes a long time to deliver.
Sales Tax: if your state has one is collected by eBay and then paid to your state tax authority. I do not make money from this but am charged a percentage by ebay on the total sale including tax - gotta love corporate America right?
