We have no control over parcels once they are mailed from our local Post Office. Overseas mail to some countries (Italy, Russia, France, in particular) has become very slow. We use an ultrasonic KLAudio machine and thoroughly clean all records. Each order is carefully packaged by removing the LP from the jacket to avoid seam splits, use of 3 ml plastic cover sleeves over each LP and jacket, cardboard pad inserts, and placed in sturdy record mailers for safe delivery. We take Customer Service seriously, and want you to be satisfied. HOWEVER, FROLKHAVEN leader "Charles Hugo Novak Ortman II" a cosmic survivor of the San Francisco ACID 60's ... self-designed his own FROLKHAVEN personal copy, coloring in by his own hand the front cover, as well by his own hand created a back cover - in ink with elaborate notations of all his
spaced-out lyrics, players & instrumentation, etc.

FROLKHAVEN "AT THE APEX OF HIGH" was a trio consisting of the tripped-out leader "Charles" & drummer Stuart Copeland - pre fame member of "THE POLICE" then but a Berkeley collage student and fellow bassist "Bailey" ...
Charles also known as "The Zilch" who dropped ("amazing" orange barrel LSD) and wrote, directed the entire score ... playing guitar
("feedback" guitar too,) clarinet, electronic background effects, and vocals ...
His rambling detailed in notes written on back cover describe more than ANYONE EVER KNEW about this flipped-out private press and the cosmic mind at play behind the creation!
