University students from Fredericton, New Brunswick FREAK OUT. Mega-rare custom pressing of a few hundred issued by the band. Comes with original insert

CONDITION
Sleeve VG+ / Record VG+
The jacket ring wear and discoloration. There is writing in marker. The vinyl scuffing and many small light scratches. Minor crackle is audible on playback but isn't too distracting. A/B labels are perfect. Comes with insert - 1st one I've ever seen.
