Record -- EX++ : This Vinyl shines like glass; it has one very hard to see brush mark on side one, there are no other visible scratches, scuffs or marks and sounds wonderful when played.

Cover -- EX+ : The original heavy card pasted cover. This has no splits, rips or seams coming undone, but has a dink on the open edge about 80mm from the bottom, some humidity marks on the back left edge and some light shelf wear. On the back there is a track listing in Japanese and English and advertising other releases in this series.

Obi Strip -- EX+ : The original obi strip, this has no rips, tears or seams coming undone. All information on here is in Japanese.

Insert -- 1 Insert : One original insert which is 1 page 2 sides long. This has the lyrics on in English and and some information in Japanese. This has no tears, splits or creases, but has some light spots of humidity on it.
