Still sealed, never opened. Back cover, bottom, says "1974 EMI Records Limited. Manufactured by Apple Records Inc" with their address.
Please check out all of my pictures as they are a part of my description- thanks! Little white sticker on front says $25.00. Orange sticker on top left, front of cover, has the record store's orange sticker stapled right through to the back- I KNOW- WHY? Orange sticker says $3.97.
Picture #5 shows bottom, center, where the plastic seal has pulled back a little, but NOT enough to get the record out (5.5 inches across)- the vinyl record has NEVER been removed.
Sleeve/cover doesn't feel totally flat- it feels like a long air bubble at center, but the back is totally flat. When you look at the back, you can see the indentation of the round record.
