1974 SIGNED BARBARA MANDRELL "THIS TIME I ALMOST MADE IT" LP ~ AUTOGRAPHED

Very Good condition. No visible scratches. From the estate of former Maryland State Senator Julian Delphy, who was a member of the Frederick Md Fair board and obtained this during Barbara`s appearance at the Frederick Fair. Photo was not taken there. Mr Delphy is shown in picture #3 back row second from left. Photo of Fair board members is not included. Anyone can print a COA and claim it means something. It proves nothing. Mr Delphy obtained autographs from many of the country music stars who played at the Frederick Fair through the years. - We are selling others.
