Vintage 1977 Walt Disney's "Main Street Electrical Parade" 7" Vinyl Picture Disk Single:
Very cool vintage 1977 Walt Disney's "Main Street Electrical Parade" 7" vinyl picture disk single. The item is in excellent near pristine working condition for its age. The vinyl 7 inch single features a beautiful image of a "Mickey Mouse" costumed character surrounded by images of the famous light parade on the front side & the words "Disney's Main Street Electrical Parade Side One" on a red circular backing. It runs at the speed of 33 1/3 RPM & at the bottom is in small white print is wording "Baroque Hoedown (Perrey-Kingsley) Fennario Music Publishers. INC." The reverse side of the disk is identical in wording & design as the front. Lastly, the original cardboard insert is present & features a blue design in which the disk sits against on the front, & on the back the story of the "parade", an identical image to the record, & at the bottom the track listing for the record. Included as well is the original vinyl sleeve & "Disneyland" pricing tag from the park from the 70's. Altogether makes for a great gift for collectors. Please see pictures for condition issues.
Measurements: (sleeve): 7 inches in H, 7.10 inches in L, & 0.05 inches in D. (vinyl disk): 6.85 inches in H, 6.85 inches in L, & 0.05 inches in D. Weighs approx. 2.2 ounces (less than a pound).
Makes a great addition to an already existing collection of vintage Disneyana memorabilia or record collection. Displays nicely on its own & would look great on a shelf or framed on the wall for room decor. Always a conversation piece!
