Description
For your Bidding consideration in this listing is a CERTIFIED GOLD RECORD ALBUM for DR. HOOK. It is a presentation piece which was framed with placard inside the frame for the SOMETIMES YOU WIN Album put out in 1979 by Capitol Records. The Top 2 songs from the Album were "SEXY EYES" & "BETTER LOVE NEXT TIME". The award was Presented to RAY SAWYER and recognizes "The sale of over 50,000 Units of the Capitol Album "Sometimes you Win"". It was presented in July 1980. It was SIGNED on back by RAY SAWYER at a concert in Flagler Florida in 1995. See the Newspaper clipping also on back in the photos. The Album cover design is shown at lower left on the front of the piece. The frame measures 16 1/4" x 20 1/4". Shipping weight estimate is 8-9 lbs..

PAYMENT: I accept Paypal payment and you should pay for your items within 4 days of the Auction close. I use Ebay's system for payment reminder and notification.LISTING / ITEM DESCRIPTION: Please ask questions - I try and describe items as best I can, and add corresponding Photos, but I don't always know what may be important to you.
RETURN POLICY: Buyers remorse is not a reason to expect a refund or for me to grant one. Again, please ask questions, so I can provide any details or extra information you need before bidding ,to ensure your expectations are met.
SHIPPING:
COMBINED SHIPPING: I offer Combined Shipping Services where it makes sense. I often list similar type items each week and have many bidders buy more than one item during a single night. In those cases, I will send you an invoice after your first purchase. If I see you have bought a second item, I will not send another Invoice until all items have closed that night. It is not unusual for me to have one Buyer buy 5 or more items in an evening so this saves you and I email time.
SHIPPING TIME: I normally ship within 48 hours of recieving your payment, often same or next day.
DOMESTIC: For large items that do not fit into Priority Boxes, I use either brand new, heavy card board boxes to protect your purchase or similar boxes that have been used but still appear new. I do not ship in weak, damaged boxes. I securely pack and ship items to you the way I would want to have them shipped to me. I do add a cost to cover my packaging materials.
INTERNATIONAL: I am very happy to have International Bidders and do ship many of my items Internationally. I am now using Ebay's Global Shipping program for International Sales & Shipping in all categories it is allowed. A few things I want to mention about the program though: one, I can not see the Shipping & other costs that you will see, to ship Internationally to you, as Ebay does not allow the Seller to see the charges for some reason so please check the Ebay Calculator for your total S&H costs. Ebay says they are working to change this so we will keep you posted. They also include, I believe, import tariffs and fees for your country. Two, as a Seller, I can not send you an Invoice - Ebay will do that automatically. Lastly, if for whatever reason Ebay does not or will not send you an invoice as an International Buyer, I will not send an invoice directly for direct shipment to you from me. I will work with you to help understand why Ebay has not sent an invoice but if they refuse to do so we will need to cancel the transaction.
SALES TAX: I do charge, per State Law, Sales Tax on items sold in Florida. Sales Tax is charged on the Total Sales Price, including S&H and Insurance, etc. at my County Rate of 7%.
