"R-80"

(Replacement Set No. 80, October 1, 1979)

Record Nos. LS-101, LS-105, LS-109, and LS-125

These are 9" records with a 2" center hole, made for the Seeburg 1000 Background Music System.  They play at 16 rpm.  Each record side contains approximately 35 minutes of music.  These records are from Replacement Set No. 80 (Issued Oct. 1, 1979).  The records are mono but they can be played with a 0.3 x 0.7 elliptical stereo stylus. These records all have the code "R-80" which meant Replacement Set No.80.  This is the FIRST group of LIFESTYLE library records after the rebranding (Set No. R-79 was still called "Basic Library").  The rebranding was too little too late, and subscriptions continued to fall off, making the LIFESTYLE records relatively uncommon.

All records have been play-graded.  Records #101, 105, and 109 play without skips.  Record #125 is scratchy and skips in a few places.  Records come in original glassine sleeves.  Records are sold AS IS and returns will not be accepted.  No reserve.
