CONDITION:

VINYL: Appears to be mint, no flaws noticed. The cardboard divider has started to yellow around edges. The two paper inserts are excellent.

COVER: VG++; mild wear at corners; very minor ring wear starting; very minor wear along the bottom seam; inside the gatefold gutter is a 1" fracture and mild wear along the top black border
Overall it looks great!
