Shipped with USPS Media Mail.  This release has indication that it was pressed at Pitman and Terra Haute.  Could have been.  Pitman for sure since Pitman did the early Promos. this is not a promo.  Vinyl - VG+. some hairline and paper scuffs.  Cover Sleeve - VG  Some Creases and ring wear, shelving scrapes and corner scuffs.  Please view  Enlargements photos.  Inner Sleeve Plain coverall.  Labels - VG+ large pressing ring.
